    在乐活和隐居时髦的时代,城市生活作为一种生活方式,往往让人产生有害健康的联想。大城市都是一样,很忙的人,很堵的路,很挤的车,很糟糕的空气。
    在大城市见一个朋友在路上要花半天的时间,而在小城市,骑个车一天就能把朋友访问个遍。
    日出而作,日落而息的生活不复存在,现在生活中越来越少权威可以对人们睡觉时间提出规定,于是城市人开始失控。夜生活逐渐成为城市生活常态,而非生活方式的标榜。
    所谓的八分生活学,就是无论是生活还是工作,不再苛求全情投入,十分力气只使上八分,剩下的可以用来养心,也可以用来蓄锐,或者纯粹只是用来浪费。
